Where is my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS (if no email is provided) confirmation. The shipping confirmation will contain your order's tracking number as well as a link to track the shipment. Depending on the type of shipping selected at checkout, carriers’ estimated shipping times can vary.
If you do not have the tracking information, please contact us at email@example.com and we will resend you the tracking information.
What if I received a wrong or damaged item?
Received an incorrect or faulty item? We’re very sorry to hear that; unfortunately, errors can sometimes happen. If you received an item different from what you ordered, or your item was received damaged, please email us within 15 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right.
How do I make a return?
To make a return, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Labels and tags must be attached to garments.
- The product(s) must be unworn/unwashed.
- Peace Love & Dreams reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 30 day window, or that do not meet the above conditions.
Follow the process below within 30 days of receiving your order:
- Pack the item(s) in original packaging or secure, waterproof packaging.
- Cover your address label with the return label, included in your package.
- Return the package to your local post office.
- Keep your receipt safe, as you will need this for proof of return.

How do I receive free shipping?
- Free shipping is automatically applied with a minimum purchase of $30.
- Free shipping is only available in Canada.
- International shipping fees will be applied automatically at checkout.
- Applies only to Standard Shipping service with shipping carriers.
- If you require a faster delivery, please upgrade your shipment at check out.
- Terms are subject to change without notice.
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders received after 3 p.m. EST (12 p.m. PST) will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
- Weekend delivery is currently not available.
Where will my orders be shipped from?
All shipments will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse located in Montreal, QC.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, if you ordered the wrong size and you would like to exchange your order for a similar item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange to have your original order picked up. Once we receive the return in our warehouse, we will ship you out your new item.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to Canada and the U.S.
I did not receive my order and tracking shows confirmed delivery.
We’re sorry to hear your package has not been located. Please track your package with the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows the delivery was made, please contact us so that we can assist you with submitting a claim.
We will make every effort to help you locate your order. Unfortunately in some cases, we may not be able to replace the item(s) originally ordered.
Will I be charged Duties and/or taxes?
The appropriate provincial tax depending on your location will be applied at checkout.
Depending on location, duties may be applied upon receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for paying duty fees when applicable.
How do I use a promo code, discount code or merchandise credit code?
If you received a promotional code OR merchandise credit code, please note only one code can be utilized per transaction.
You may enter your code in the code section at check out.
What are the merchandise credit parameters?
Merchandise credits are non-transferable and can't be combined with other promotions or discounts. Merchandise credit is not redeemable for cash and can only be utilized to purchase merchandise from our website at http://peacelovedreams.com.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we currently do not offer gift wrapping, our items are beautifully packaged. If you would like us to help personalize your order, you can leave us a note at checkout, or send us an email with your order number, as soon as possible. We can send you an image of what the packaging will look like.
