Shipping and Returns
Canadian Orders
Our standard shipping rate is $4.99 CAD flat rate. Free shipping is applied to orders over $30 CAD on our Canadian website.
Orders are shipped to Canada via Canada Post or Purolator from our facility in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number from the shipping carrier. You can track packages directly on the shipping carriers’ websites.
General Information
All orders are processed and shipping time is calculated accordingly, once products have been shipped.
Shipping Times
We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 2 business days, and items typically arrive 3-7 business days from the day of shipment depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent out after orders are processed. Please note that deliveries may take longer to process during peak periods, due to a high volume of orders.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@peacelovedreams.com.
Please note we attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, so cancellation might not be an option once the product has been packaged and shipped.
Taxes
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Returned items must have tags still on
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To begin the process of your return, please contact us at info@peacelovedreams.com with your order number and reason for return. We will follow up with details based on your order.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit for the merchandise value will be applied to your original method of payment.
